Let's make hazelnut milk and cheesy hazelnut curd! It's hard to believe, but vegan milk and curd cheese can be made with 1 glass of natural (raw) hazelnuts. #veganday
- 🌰 Leave 1 glass of hazelnuts and enough water to cover them for about 8 hours.
- 💧 Strain the hazelnuts and blend them with 3 glasses of water in a blender for 2 minutes.
- 🥛 Strain it with the help of a cheesecloth and take the pulp aside.
- 😋 You can re-pulse the filtered milk with 4 dates in a blender to increase its flavor (You can also add 1 tsp of cocoa, it suits very well.)
- 🍋 Now we move on to the curd cheese, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of salt to the juice of 1 lemon.
- 🌰 Knead this mixture with the pulp we have set aside.
- 🌱 Before serving, you can drizzle a little more olive oil on it and decorate with black cumin. Your vegan curd cheese is ready, bon appetit!
- 🗓 We recommend that you consume both within 2-3 days and keep them in the refrigerator.
