RETURN POLICY
In which cases can I return the product(s) I have purchased?
Unopened product:
If you have given up using the product or if you think that the product is wrong, you can return it as you received it (invoice, etc.) within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, without breaking the packaging, without using it. Please inform info@nutartonline via e-mail before returning it.
Opened product:
If you do not like our products or think that they are defective, please inform us via e-mail to info@nutartonline.com. Even if you have opened your products that have not been found to be abused, we are ready to make a return if you send them to us for review.
Damaged product:
The products are checked by us in their protected packaging, and they are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage. This system is approved and guaranteed by our contracted cargo company. In case of breakage and damage caused by incorrect cargo transportation, a report must be kept by the cargo officer and signed by you and the cargo personnel. In this and similar cases, please inform info@nutartonline via e-mail. We are ready to return your products that have not been found to be abused.
How can I get a refund?
You can start the refund process by giving the product you want to send away and the adress code 5001626 to Yurtiçi Kargo. After your return package arrives, it will be checked by us and your refund will be made within 3 working days after it has been approved.
I gave up on my order, can I cancel it?
