Ingredients:

1 liter milk, 1 cup flour, 7 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons starch, 1 tablespoon butter (added once bubbling)


For the topping:

Nutart chopped hazelnuts, Nutart cocoa hazelnut spread, strawberries


Recipe:

Combine 1 liter of milk, 1 cup of flour, 7 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of starch to prepare the pudding. Once it starts bubbling, add 1 tablespoon of butter and stir. Let it cool to room temperature.

Rinse 3-4 glasses with water to moisten them. After preparing the pudding and letting it cool to room temperature, pour it into the moistened glasses and cover the tops with plastic wrap. Let the puddings rest in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, slice the puddings horizontally in half to portion them. Coat the sides with chopped hazelnuts, then decorate the tops with cocoa hazelnut spread.
