Let's make Raffaello cheesecake!

"Let's make Raffaello cheesecake! 🥥 (Coconut and hazelnut cheesecake recipe)

1 pack of biscuits, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 pack of cream cheese (200g), 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, 200g of Nutart hazelnut spread, 1 cup of coconut flakes (about 80g)

Additional 40g of shredded coconut for sprinkling on top

(You can taste it and add a bit of powdered sugar if you like.)


Pour the melted butter mixed with the biscuits into the mold and spread it evenly on the base. Mix cream cheese, strained yogurt, honey, hazelnut cream, and shredded coconut, then pour it into the mold. Taste it and add powdered sugar if desired.

After chilling in the freezer for 2 hours, sprinkle some more shredded coconut on top and decorate with the top balls. Enjoy!
