Let's make a nutty milk pudding!

Do you like milky desserts? Let's take a look at the recipe we call ''nutty milk pudding'':


For pudding:

  • 🥛 Half a liter of milk

  • 🥚 1 egg yolk

  • 🍚 A quarter cup of sugar

  • 🥄 3 tbsp flour

  • 🥄 3 tbsp starch


When it cools down

  • 🥣 1 tbsp labneh

  • 🍶 Half a pack of cream

For the hazelnut sauce

  • 🌰 300g hazelnut spread

  • 🍶 1 pack of cream

For service

  • 🥖 Sponge fingers

  • 🌰 Chopped hazelnuts


Mix the pudding ingredients and turn on the stove on medium heat, continue mixing until it gets consistency. Turn the heat off and wait for a while until its not hot anymore. Transfer the mixture into a container and cover it with cling film so that it does not get a crust on its surface. When it's complately cooled down, whisk with labneh and cream.


In another bowl, make the sauce by mixing hazelnut cream and milk cream.

Form layers by pouring custard and hazelnut sauce on top of the milk-soaked sponge fingers. Keep putting the sponge fingers in each layer. Finally, spread the hazelnut cream sauce once again on the top and sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts.
