Home made quick ice cream

Let's make home made quick ice cream 🍦(Only 2 ingredients) Yes, you heard it right... 😄 All you need to experience this pleasure is starch and Nutart hazelnut spread. (You can choose the one with cocoa or milky one, we made both and they turned out great.) Let's move on to the recipe right away.

- 🥣 Put a glass of water and two spoons of cornstarch in a small saucepan and mix well.

- 🔥 When the mixing process is finished, open the bottom of the pot on medium heat (7/10).

- 🌰 Add 200g Nutart cocoa hazelnut spread into it.

- 🥄 Patiently mix them all together. After about 5 minutes, it will become heavy and lumpy. When the consistency thickens this way, take the mixture into a debt and keep it waiting.

- ❄️ When it comes to room temperature, put it in the freezer.

- 🌪 After 2 hours, pull the concentrated mixture with a blender and put it in its container.

- 🍦 Then put the mixture back in the freezer, it reaches its perfect consistency after about 5 hours.

(4 scoop, recipe for 2 people)

You can put your ice cream in a cup or consume it with a cone. If it has been in the freezer for too long, it would be better to wait for it to melt a little before consuming.

Since only two ingredients are used, hazelnut spread is very important. For the best results, we recommend you to choose Nutart without compromising on quality.
