Cheesecake in bowl (with hazelnut and fig) 🤌🏻 Are fig lovers here? 🙋♂️ How about enjoying the fig season with this refreshing dish? We are back at it again with a very practical and incredibly delicious recipe.
- 🌪 Put 100g of dates in a blender (You can add a little milk to make it easy to turn.)
- 🌰 Thoroughly mix 180g Nutart sugar-free hazelnut paste with dates.
- ⚖️ Take half of the mixture and make the base for the cups. Throw the other half back into the blender because now we will move on to the main part of the cheesecake.
- 🥄 Add 100g labneh to the mixture in the blender.
- 🍯 Put 3 figs and drizzle some honey on it.
- 🌪 Grind them all together with blender again and share the mixture over the cheesecake bases.
- 🤌🏻 Decorate the top of the cheesecake with fig slices and hazelnuts.
- 🕑 Store in the refrigerator. Our advice is to keep them in the freezer for 1 hour before serving, so they will reach their perfect consistency.
(2 portions, recipe for 2 people) To increase the number of portions, you can multiply and use the ingredients at the same rate.
