1 L milk, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons starch, 2 egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon butter, Nutart chopped hazelnuts, 1/2 pack whipped cream (powder form), 2 pack petit beurre biscuits, extra milk for soaking biscuits (about 100ml is enough), 200ml milk cream, 180g white chocolate


Put the milk, flour, starch, egg yolk and sugar in a saucepan and heat by stirring. When the custard starts to boil, turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of butter. Stir and let it cool. When it cools down, add Nutart chopped hazelnuts as much as you want. Then add half a packet of powder whipped cream to the mixture and whisk.

We place the biscuits soaked in milk in the pipe. We spread our custard mixture on top of them and in this way we get 3 layers.

For the icing, melt white chocolate in milk cream over low heat. When the mixture cools down, pour and spread it on thedessert. Sprinkle some more chopped hazelnuts.
