Let's make a crunchy hazelnut bar!
For the crunchy layer underneath, mix 150g crumbled cornflakes, 50g chopped hazelnuts and 150g melted white chocolate in a bowl and spread on a container with baking paper. Freeze for 10 minutes.
While the crunchy layer is cooling, mix 200g melted white chocolate and 200g Nutart hazelnut cream for the icing on top. Pour it over the crispy base, spread it well and freeze it together for 20 minutes.
At the end of this time, the hazelnut filling starts to thicken a little. While it is at this consistency, place hazelnuts one by one on top of our dessert. Sprinkle some rock salt and freeze for another 20 minutes.
