Do you like milk desserts? We take this pudding recipe, which is likened to both magnolia dessert and chicken breast, with hazelnuts. Let's take a look at the ingredients:

for custard

🥛 Half a liter of milk

🥚 1 egg yolk

🍚 A quarter cup of sugar

🥄 3 tbsp flour

🥄 3 tbsp starch

 

when it cools down

🥣 1 tbsp labneh

🍶 Half a pack of cream

 

For the hazelnut sauce

🌰 300g hazelnut cream

🍶 1 pack of cream

 

for service

🥖 Feline

🌰 Chopped hazelnuts

 

Mix the custard ingredients and turn on the stove on medium heat, continue mixing until it gets a consistency. We close the bottom and transfer it to a container when the heat rises a little and cover it with cling film so that it does not get a crust. When cool, whisk with labneh and cream.

 

In another bowl, we get our hazelnut sauce by mixing hazelnut cream and cream.

We form layers by pouring custard and hazelnut sauce on top of the milk-soaked cat tongues. We put the catnip again in each layer. Finally, we spread the hazelnut cream sauce on the top and decorate it with chopped hazelnuts.
